AppendCommand("use", Use)
宏说明：
/target 任务或者NPC名字
说明:切换目标
/cast [exists] 撼如雷
说明：使用技能
/use
说明：使用物品
/xcast
说明：顺序执行技能
写宏的时候，可以使用
#cd 技能名称
让图标绑定技能CD
支持参数：
exists 目标存在
noexists 目标不存在
dead 自身死亡
nodead 为死亡
ally 友好
enemy 仇恨
neutrality 中立
combat 战斗中
nocombat 不在战斗中
mounted 马上
unmounted 马下
life自身生命小于等于多少
mana 自身内力小于等于多少
rage 剑气小于等于多少
accumulate 气点大于等于多少
lessaccumulate 气点小于等于多少
buff 判断自身有哪些buff
